How do you ship?

We are currently shipping all orders via USPS first class mail. For further question please refer to our shipping policy.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We stand by our products and guarantee their quality. We carefully inspect everything we make but if defects are a concern, items can be returned to us at any time for repairs or replacement, just email us at support@kindshape.com to get the process started. 

Can I expedite my order?

After placing an order, all stock items will be shipped the same or next day. For custom please allow 1-3 days for the product to be crafted in addition to shipping time. 

Do you create custom work?

We offer personalized wood products, engraving, small signs, and more. Please contact us to discuss details. 

Where are you located?

Kindshape is operated from our small workshop located in Burlington, Vermont. We currently do not have a storefront or regular business hours open to the public but we can try to arrange a visit if you’re in the area!

We also welcome local pick-up for orders from our New England neighbors - just get in touch to make arrangements and we'll have your order ready for you!
